CricketManager and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CricketManager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

6. In-App Purchases

CricketManager may offer in-app purchases for additional features or content. These purchases are governed by the app store’s terms and conditions. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided except as required by law. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to CricketManager at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing your use of the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CricketManager, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the app; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of CricketManager is at your sole risk. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and CricketManager regarding the use of CricketManager and supersede any prior agreements between you and CricketManager relating to the use of the app.
